# Keyboard shortcuts

> The full hotkey list. Katchy is a keyboard-first tool by design.

Katchy ships intentionally few hotkeys. The point is that you only have to remember one — `Control + Option` — and everything else flows from there.

## The one to memorize

**Control + Option** — hold to talk, release to send, press again to stop a running agent.

## Inside the panel

- `Esc` — close the panel.
- `⌘ .` — cancel the in-flight request (voice or agent).
- `⌘ ,` — open Settings.
- `⌘ K` — open the Agent Mode dashboard.
- `⌘ Q` — quit Katchy completely (in-flight agents are stopped).

## macOS standards Katchy respects

- `Cmd + Z` to undo edits an agent made.
- `Cmd + Tab` — Katchy is a menu-bar app, so it doesn't appear in the switcher by design.
- Spotlight (`Cmd + Space`) — launches Katchy if it's not running.
