Help us build a new interface for computers.

We are Rokas and Vakarė. We will spare you a cringe manifesto. The facts:

  1. 01

We are going all-in on building a new interface for computers.

  2. 02

Our first major swing is Katchy, a simple AI buddy that lives on your Mac.

  3. 03

It is a wonderful form factor and starting point. The product is literally 5-weeks old, and in that short time it has become extremely powerful.

Where we are, today

250K

messages sent

50K

agents spawned

3.5K

weekly active users

385

paying customers

These numbers aren't massive, but they are not small either.

Where this is heading

It's very early and hacky, but we think the current version of the product is a glimpse into the future we're heading towards where the models will be the primary way we interact with our computer.

And that's the vision we want to build this company around, with a focus on consumers.

A reference

When Rokas was 12, his father bought the family an iMac.

It changed his world.

Rokas had a computer before called an Acer T180. But the iMac just made everything so simple. All of a sudden he was learning video editing, making friends on the internet, and starting his first business. The iMac just made it all so accessible for him.

We think we are in a similar spot with AI where a tiny tiny % of humanity actually understands how to utilize its power.

Tech Twitter does not reflect the real world.

In reality, no one knows this technology can do real work for you.

Lagos

14, dreaming up games

Doesn't know this thing can build the game living in his head.

Islamabad

Mom, running a Shopify store

Doesn't know it can handle orders while she sleeps.

Florida

Nurse, between shifts

Doesn't know it can see her screen and teach her anything she wants in real-time.

We think it's an interface problem

We all have access to the same models, yet very few of us actually unlock them. And we just believe it's an interface problem.

The iMac took the same chip, memory, and storage everyone else was using and made it 100× more accessible. We want to take the same frontier models everyone else is using, and make it so that the power of this technology can break out of uninspired chat interfaces or clunky terminals and into the hands of that next curious 12-year-old or professional.

Today, we're seeing everyone from B2B customers to solo entrepreneurs to kids use Katchy. The use cases are vast.

The team

Right now, it's just the two of us.

We're assembling a small full-time team to build this with us. Maybe 6 to 10 people max. We're less interested in what you call yourself and more in what you can make.

01

Engineering

People who love building products. Help on the engineering front (plz, we suck).

02

Models & R&D

People constantly tinkering with the latest models to push the product in wild new ways.

03

Media & film

People who love media and filmmaking to help us tell the story of this thing across the internet.

04

Growth & socials

People who love socials and growth to help us blow it up even more.

05

Design

Wonderful designers to help crack a new interface that the next billion people will use.

How to apply

Your background doesn't matter to us.

We don't care if you are a broke film student who works at Starbucks or an OpenAI researcher getting paid a milli by Papa Sam. Please just tell us about yourself, show us stuff you've done, tell us what you want to do here and your ideas, where you're based, and your timelines.

If you are legit and your work speaks for itself, great, show us. We want to work with the best.

01 · Design

Show us a design for Katchy.

02 · Film

Record a video for Katchy and show us.

03 · Engineering

Take a repo, remix it, and demo your ideas.

In 2026, we index 100× more on ideas than skill.
Skill can be gained. Great ideas are rare.

Logistics

  • Location

Vilnius, in person. No remote. We're happy to help you relocate to Vilnius if you're in another city.

  • Visa

We're sorry, but we can't help directly with EU visas right now. Getting an EU work permit is near impossible unless you have a very high-tier background.

  • Trial

We'd work together for 30 to 45 days part-time or full-time to see if there's synergy, and go from there.

If interested

Let us know.

If you are talented as fuck and have been looking for an opportunity to make stuff alongside a group of other people driven to build something wonderful and have fun doing it, please reach out.

Email is the faster channel. We get insane traffic on Twitter and have a tough time keeping track of DMs.

This may finally be it.
